Carolyn was exceptional, I cannot recommend her highly enough - she truly went above and beyond. We were planning to buy a cargo bike to coincide with our move from London to Bath. She gave me lots of advice over the phone and we narrowed it down to two models based on the hilly area we are moving to, my cycling capabilities (no experience) and the age of my children. We were due to have a test run day where she was bringing two bikes to me in London so we could try both models. However, we had concerns that the area might be too hilly and tricky seeing as I am not experienced. She actually DROVE to the location of my soon-to-be new house and did the "school run" I would be riding my children to school. She decided that it wasn't going to work for us and advised us not to buy the bike. I mean, come on!! Nicest person on earth... I've never experienced such kind and helpful service to this degree. Please can everyone buy their bikes from his company as you will be in incredibly safe and reliable hands. I am so grateful for Carolyn's help and guidance.
