I am very disappointed with this seller. I was travelling and ordered a pushchair. I only ordered the pushchair here because they were to deliver it the next day but instead it took a week before receiving it.when I called the customer service team they weren’t helpful either and rude to customers too. Please do not buy from this seller. If your not the seller then why is everyone given in bad comments. Is either Kiddies king or kiddies kingdom.

Awful customer service! Item dangerous and they asked me to send a video to prove it- I am NOT putting my child’s safety in danger when you refused a refund anyway. Never in my life have I experienced such poor service. What a waste of £100+ on a faulty or poor product that they refuse to take responsibility for. Don’t touch with a barge pole!
