Cannot recommend this company enough, after they did a fantastic job of our fence installation we decided to use them for our garden landscaping. Steve and his team did a fantastic job of our installing our patio, stepping stones to match, the railway sleepers and artificial grass. Steve and Jason helped us out with good advice and knowledge as what to do with the uneven garden as we were unsure and even though access through to the back was tricky it was no trouble for them. They arrived on time every day, worked hard through high temperatures, were respectful and trustworthy. The standard of work is second to none and we couldn't be more happier with the final result. Thought I had opted for peace of mind going with Kidderminster Fencing. 20 panels with concrete posts. Job looked good overall and I paid promptly but, one issue. He left me with a mouldy panel that is an eyesore. Steve said the panel would dry out and look the same as the others. Then said he would replace it but has not despite ample opportunity and reminders. I am left looking at an additional cost of a fence panel plus delivery to put the job right. Something I thought I had already paid for. UPDATE: Steve has replaced the panel. I've added a star for that. Now resolved as far as I am concerned. Service: Wood fence installation

Just like to say that this review is in no way a reflection of workmanship simply the quotation process. I made it clear o was already liasing with another contractor and when the quote was given I stated it was the same as the other contractor and I would give the work to them as id used them before. The business owner then decided to ask if heâd been cheaper would I have used him? I replied with âpotentiallyâ. He then gave this massive speech stating this is why he now takes deposits and how his lead time was into the second half of the year. Personally I wouldnât use this business if his lead time was next day.

We contacted Steve last August to quote for a small garden makeover in Bromsgrove. He arrived bang on time (6pm on a weekday) after driving over from kidderminster through rush hour traffic. When Steve got out of the van, he was obviously in a lot of pain and struggled to walk properly. He explained that he had hurt his back and we told him he should have called to rearrange. His reply was that he didn't want to let us down and it was at that point we already knew he was the man for the job (price dependant of course). We explained what we had in mind and he gave us plenty of advice aswell as his own ideas to compliment ours. He came back a couple of days later with with a quote that was within our budget and so we agreed a start date of 7th march this year. Steve popped round a week before the start date (fighting fit now I should add) to make sure we were still happy with everything. We had changed our mind on a couple of things and he was only too happy to accomodate. Work started a week later on time. Unfortunately, we couldn't be there due to work, but we were in contact with him almost every day either by email or phone to double check things with each other. Now the work's complete, we couldn't be happer with the result. The team completed the job to a much higher standard than we expected, nothing was too much trouble and there was zero disruption. If we hadn't have looked out of the window each evening, we wouldn't even have know they had been there! We can't recommend them highly enough! Now Steve, you don't know anything about roofing or plumbing do you?
