Lisa & Claire were knowledgeable, supportive as well as being friendly and accomodating. No question felt too silly or small to ask and we left really informed of our options. I'd highly recommend (and have to my friends!).

I signed up to this course as a second time mum because I really wanted to learn more about hypnobirthing and meet other mums as I was new to the area. I thought the course was fantastic, way better than the antenatal classes we did first time around. The class felt so relaxed and it was easy to ask questions and get chatting to the other parents to be. Claire and Lisa really put you at ease and make it feel like you are hanging out with your friends, with lots of yummy food too! My birth experience couldn’t have been more different than first time around and I am sure a lot of this was down to the hypnobirthing techniques Lisa taught us. I also found the baby wearing workshop so useful as I have been using the wrap for the baby lots to allow me to be hands free with my toddler. Also having other mums to keep in touch with locally has been great! Thank you Claire and Lisa. Would highly recommend this course to any first or second time parents!
