Staff are rude as hell, I usually eat here on my lunch break … paid £6 for a wings meal, used the sauce bottle and boss came snatched it off the table implying I’m using too much sauce and next time he will give me it in a tub :/

I’ve orders from Kickin Chicken many times, however this time I was highly disappointed. It took around 1 hour and a half for my food to arrive. I had to call them after 1 hour had passed and they told me that they’re busy and that the driver had left to drop the food off. That was a lie. I live 5 mins away and yet it still took 30 mins more for the food to arrive. I assume that they forgot about my order and after I called they quickly rushed to make the food and deliver it. Moreover, I ordered the family burger meal and received a wrong burger and the chips were soggy, lukewarm and greyish in colour. Never getting food from here again!
