Just got home from a long weekend away in Maui. We rented it to try out the camper van experience for our little family not really knowing how it was going to end up. It was a massive success me my wife and 3 year old son loved it. When collecting the van everything was explained clearly and Lyndsey demonstrated how to use the pop top, electric, gas, water and heating. When we turned up to our site within minutes we were set up and enjoying our holiday and the treats that were very kindly supplied with the van. The van was kitted out with everything we needed. And if we needed any assistance Lyndsey said just txt I’m always on hand to help, We just packed clothes, food and toys for the little one. Made things so much easier for us. We loved every minute of our holiday and using the van, we will be booking up again very soon Thank you Lyndsey.

I recently hired the Maui for a long weekend, upon arrival Lyndsey slowly took me through all the controls for the various appliances & the heating, how to set the double bed up that we found to be super comfy during our long weekend trip, we will 100% be using you again as friends of ours will be on the back of our strong referral.

We've now rented the Maui van twice. Being complete novices in the VW Campervan world, Lyndsey was very helpful in sorting out all the required paperwork to make us legal to be on the road!!! When collecting the van, she gave a comprehensive handover, making sure that we knew how to use all the equipment on board. Plus, she provided a welcome pack of goodies, to get us going. She is also on hand to answer those questions, such as where does the awning attach too!! Even after sending a video on how to attach and erect it!!! We had an absolutely wonderful time on both our trips and made some great memories. We will definitely be renting the van again next spring/summer/autumn.

Following the hire of Waikiki I can only praise the very high standard that Kickback Kampers hold themselves too, from the booking, comms, and pick up, to the van itself - which has everything you could want to make it a comfortable, efficient, and fun break away - the little details matter and that is what Kickback Kampers have delivered on to make your break and enjoyment of the van and wherever you go all about the fun and not any faff. Well what can I say. First time campervan experience and had the best time. The walk through was very precise and efficient on pick up. Plus the extra info in the van was very clear. We hired the Maui and was spotless. It has everything you need for a well deserved break. Was great to have everything you needed right there. The beds were so comfy and all the little touches and equipment made it so easy to just enjoy the time away. Didn’t have great weather but with the little games provided inside it didn’t matter. The owners were so friendly and on hand if needed (which I didn’t). Kids and I had the best time and we all can’t wait to hire again. Highly recommend to anyone.

This was our 1st ever trip away in a campervan and it won't be our last 😍 amazing customer service from the start. Everything was perfect (even my little dog approved) there was also a hamper with goodies which was a lovely touch All equipment we needed was in there and made it so easy to enjoy our time away. We will definitely be booking another stay soon.
