Great place. Lots of fun for kids and adults. We went for my sons birthday. It wasn't an official party so we didn't use party rooms but there was lots to do and we all had a lot of fun. A few tips if you are thinking to visit... 1. both you and your kids will get very hot and sweaty so consider taking a spare set of clothes or wear shorts and tshirts. Oh and zip pockets are a good idea if you want to take your phone and keys with you on the trampolines. 2. They make you buy their branded grippy socks. We have been to similar places so had some others but we were told we had to buy their versions even though they were the same. That felt like a rip off. We were already paying for the session. 3. There's no outside food allowed. We wanted to sing happy birthday to our son with his cake but we were not allowed to bring it in without having pay for an official kids party. Again seemed like a rip off. 4. Bring your own padlock if you want to use the lockers. Otherwise you have to buy one from them for £5. You can always put your stuff in your car but someone needs to take everyones stuff out to the car before and after so it's a pain to be honest. Coin operated lockers would have been better.

We are 2 adults (25+) and we had a great time here! Was like letting out the little kid. Good facilities and we got to do so many things within the hour. I wouldn’t stay more than an hour- I don’t think my heart could take it. But great date idea for active couples

Receptionist was very helpful & friendly however the play area supervisors were very disrespectful shouting across the room and being disruptive, as a whole they ruined our experience at kick air I would not come again and neither would I recommend.
