Purchased over priced Jordons that had poor QC so I took them back the next day. They wouldn't give me my money back do I took credit and used to purchase a different pair. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't received anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

WHERE ARE MY TRAINERS ??? DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Nothing to do with the store but DO NOT buy anything from KICK GAME online. Parted with £430 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the trainers - this company has NO TELEPHONE NUMBER and when I email them all I get back is some nonsense generic email as far as I’m concerned they have as good as STOLEN my money - KICK GAME I want my goods which clearly you don’t have stock of or my money back - REFUND me or SHIP the trainers today pls !
