Always a great, friendly and professional experience - from sales right through to service . Clearly have the right ethical principles that endures the customer gets the right car for their needs, whilst remaining affordable. Just purchased my 3rd car from there, as with anything, issues sometimes arise. But these were dealt with at pace and with integrity - no "its not our issue" investigate, advise, repair (at no cost as it was a pre-sale issue). We will be changing our second car to a larger vehicle next year, Stoneacre Kia will be my first point of call for the EV.
