Myself and my family would like to thank Liz the deputy manager from the tui superstore on junction 9 retail park. We booked our holiday online in January, with 7 weeks until our departure we received an email to tell us there would be substantial building works at the hotel we had booked which would be ongoing for the entire duration of our holiday. After 3 attempts to swap our holiday with the online customer service team and 2 trips in store we were finally introduced to Liz, the only member of tui staff that actually cared enough to try and help us, a week later our holiday has been amended to a new destination, all thanks to Liz taking the time, sending numerous emails and making lengthy phone calls to get it sorted for us and always with a positive attitude and a big smile on her face. Thank you Liz we really do appreciate it.

Called in last minute to Warrington Tui Hypermarket Branch very last minute late on Friday after seeing a Transatlantic Cruise I really wanted to celebrate my retirement. Julia was so enthusiastic and happy to help. Myself and my mrs recently used this store to book a quick break. We were helped with our enquiry by Nicky. Nicky was absolutely amazing with all her help, advice and knowledge of travel. We were a little unsure of what we wanted and Nicky soon put our minds at rest and used all her all her advice, thank god she was there that’s all I can say.
