  My sister was getting married and when we went to the store I would give my opinion about the dresses and the owner lady would give me the most horrid looks like they just wanted to make a sale. They were being very forceful too and when I would say lets go to other stores and look what they have the owner lady again would look at me giving me death stares. My sister ended up purchasing the length but when the outfit arrive the scarf was net and we did not ask for net and they stated they could not change it. Its these small things that matter. Poor attitude and just want to make a quick sale and very forceful. They also take a deposit and make it very difficult for you so BEWARE

  extremely rude customer service. Came from very far for shopping and all they had to offer was bad mouth. You can’t expect customers when you speak like that.

  Absolutely disgusting service will definitely not be coming back to this store. We ordered a dress in August 2022 and after continuous pestering did not get the dress until February 2023. The wedding was around the corner and it was a different colour - more of a Peach than the requested Pink. The shop staff treated the female relatives in a very rude manner when we asked to discount the dress. After bringing a male relative they decided to be more softer toned - which shows the blatant sexism and toxic culture the shop reiterates. They slyly did not give the dress until close to the wedding so we’d have a less of a chance to refuse. The dress did not match the size requirements after paying an additional amount to alter , and the discount was not enough to justify the amount of mistakes they made with the product. The owner himself was rude and disgusting at one point telling a relative to ‘Get out of his Shop’ when questioning why he would not either discount the wrong product - as we’d have to pay an additional amount to change the groomsman’s scarf to now match the Peach, stating it was not his problem and he is the owner. We were left bewildered and shocked at the appalling staff members, with another customer stating how she would complain on Instagram after her order was wrong. Shop here if you want the wrong colour wedding dress, late order, wrong bridal dress size , bad attitude and appalling customer service. This shop should be closed down and I hope people read this review and never shop there. It is 2023 - we do not need to pay thousands of pounds and be treated in such an appalling manner for what should be an exciting purchase for the best day of your life. I will be doing more reviews about this shop and hope the owner can see this. Fix up and serve the community with the respect it deserves.   I just saw some negative reviews so had to post this. I got married last May. I ordered a Lengha from here. Aminah was amazing! She showed me many different designs and I picked the one I liked the most. I only had three months to plan my whole wedding so I had to place the order before I could purchase my jewellery. As a result, it was difficult for me to pick my jewellery without my Lengha but Aminah allowed me to take the Lengha scarf that was on display so I could order my jewellery. Honestly, I could not thank her enough. When my Lengha arrived, the neckline was a bit low. It was altered straight away for me. Nadia (assistant) was so helpful as well. She made sure I was happy with my Lengha before I left the store. I honestly had an amazing experience with this store and the staff were very polite and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!   My lengha arrived at the shop the night before my wedding at 10pm! Was messed about all the way through, no one chased up my order until I  continuously bugged them and it came to the last week and I heard nothing from them in return. (Bearing in mind I ordered my outfit 4 months earlier and was told it would arrive in 3 months) Finally I told them a week before my wedding to do something about it getting here on time..they reassured me it would come within few days, but that didnt happen...then they  told to come the day before my wedding to collect in the morning.  So I was at the shop early morning, first customer there but then was told to come back after 3 hours lengha hadn't arrived, it still didnt arrive then was told to come back after another 3 hours, same thing again, didnt arrive and was told again....at 10pm my outfit arrived at the shop! I wasted a whole day doing nothing but waiting around for my wedding outfit  because the owner lied to my face, was very unreliable and made false promises. I had plenty of things to do the day before my wedding as any bride would but thanks to this shop, my whole day got wasted doing nothing but waiting around. The owner chaand didnt even have the decency to apologise to me after his mistake. Not to mention his respect for his colleagues, his mannerism was disgusting for a new member of his team.   The girls in kushboo were amazing!!!! The tailor Rehman Uncle was also amazing. I had a few issues which was sorted by the girls straight away. I would definitely recommend the girls to deal with rather than the designer Chand himself, his opinion are quite overpowering. He was okay to deal with to an extent but I wasn’t impressed in seeing how the staff and customers get spoken to and running off the shop during busy periods with himself. Over all the girls were brilliant can’t fault them, Nadia was amazing, amna, Amina, ishita and Sameena and the other ladies who’s names I can’t remember thank you so much!   I had recently bought Lehengas for myself and my little daughter, who is 8 years old. They helped me in selecting a style which I could easily twin with my lil one. They was very prompt and listened to my every lil query very patiently. The Lehengas are of good quality and specially the customised stitching service is very professional. I would definitely recommend Khushboos !! Vast and beautiful collections. Loved my lehengas completely..!! Khushboos by Chand

  The most tacky sales woman ever she was so cringe & rude especially to her staff no doubt the dress I chose was nice but she was so forceful & on my wedding day the dress wouldn’t go up and I litrally had to get my makeup artist to stitch it up for me we paid 2500 for the designer piece which was supposedly a show piece but had nothing to show for it she really needs to humble herself also messaged her regarding the zip not going up & she completely ignored it compete scammer

  I bought my wedding dress from here last year. They’re a very busy store but still made time for my fittings and helped me pick out a dress to suit my style. The dress was ready on time and they altered it for me on the day as they knew I had to travel to Manchester. You do have to ring yourself to chase it as they don’t ring you to tell you the dress has arrived. I would have given them five stars as I loved the dress and it was exactly as I wanted it, but knocked one off as the dress smelt really bad. I really struggled to get the smell out and had to air it out plus buy fabric fresheners to get it out. Luckily I had time before my big day to do that else it would have been a problem given how bad the smell was. All in all though I would recommend this place as they have some nice designs.
