09/09/2019 Met Umar through a free service. I attended the session because what I thought would be a simple application became overwhelming as I tried to fill in my application form. He gave me sound advice and did not put pressure on me to hire KCS. With the advice he gave me I could have done my application on my own. I literally had a meltdown during the session but he did not take advantage of that. He kept reassuring me that if I pulled myself together and followed his advice I could do the application on my own. I chose to hire Umar and have no regrets. Umar was professional but without being impersonal. He was also brutally honest. There are no words to express the peace of mind I had during this process. I got answers to my questions and additional information I had not realised was missing. Once my visa expired, my employer was reluctant for me to continue working. A letter from KCS solved the problem. No worry or stress about being unemployed. No hours spent wading through the Home Office website sifting through obscure information to find something that would reassure my employer. Just a 5 minute call to get a solution. I got my visa. Thank you Umar. Not just for the final outcome but the peace you brought to the process. 12/01/2023 Did my application through Umar once again.
