This place is fantastic. My husband and I go as often as we can. Dom and Kitty are the two we know are great but they are likely all super. The only problem now is if we go on holiday and have a hotel massage we always complain it's not as good as Khun Nine!

This was my first time coming here. The decor of the waiting area was lovely and calming. I asked for a 1 hour traditional Thai massage (the fully clothed massage involving passively stretching and applying pressure to the body, common in thailand). My massage therapist was Kitty and she was able to do this for me. The massage was exactly like how they do it in thailand and I felt really relaxed during and after the treatment. I'm highly impressed with this place.

I have been coming here for four years and my most recent experience was appalling. I was taken to a room downstairs with harsh light and no music playing so I didn’t really feel very relaxed. Then on top of that the women giving me the massage kept opening the door and shouting to her colleagues outside the room every time she heard them come down. The actual massage was sub par and the whole experience a waste of my time and money. Really disappointed and you’ve lost me as a customer for good.

Having now tried a few places in the Fulham area for a full body massage, I have decided that Khun Nine is my favourite and where I'll be returning to for all my massage appointments moving forward. I've had experiences with two different masseuses here and the service has been great and quality of the massage is high. I always feel leave feeling lighter. Thank you.
