    Did not receive my order. Found it very difficult to communicate with them. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered but their eBay rating looks ok. I just went round in circles with them and have now cut my losses and given up . They appear to not deliver quite often - order at your peril

    It is all very well to say: "SewCrafte’s Sole Mission is to provide Love Attention and Care to Crafters, Knitters, Crotchet, Quilters and Knitters throughout the World and we provide the best customer service in order for you to have the most pleasurable experience." NOT SO! My wife ordered fabric for quilt making at the beginning of January and it still has not arrived. She was told over a week ago it would be re-sent but still no sign of it. This is not a good way of doing business! I then received a response to this review asking me to ring the shop but despite a number of attempts nobody ever bothered to answer the phone. Be careful before ordering anything because if it does not arrive you will be spending the next four to six weeks trying to hunt it down or get your money back!
