Owner is a dishonest and clearly took advantage of the fact we were a big group to overcharge us. I understand small businesses have issues in this period making a revenue but scamming people and being dishonest is not the way to fix the problem.

My group went to this place for drinks and shared food (pizzas and cold cut/cheese boards) and, looking at the prices of the menu, got charged as if we had a full meal each (60GBP each). There was an earlier agreement between the owner and the organizer, who we think took full advantage of the situation and overcharged us.

We went to a birthday at this place and the owner had agreed to charge us a fixed rate per person in exchange for hosting such a large party. He did not honor his agreement, claimed we never had one, and ended up massively overcharging us. Sleazy, underhanded, and just generally rude person. Stay out of this place, you won’t regret it.
