Most people there are so helpful and sympathetic. They know that people who come to a pharmacy go through stuff and they talk ever so politely. However I removed 1 star because of only 1 person there who has been dismissive and rude to my husband and I. If we ask a question she will reply quite rudely as if we are disturbing her. She will also use saliva to open bags which, in current covid awareness times, should not be done right? Having said that, the other members of staff deserve the other stars. They are polite and compassionate. If only that lady can make an effort. It does not cost anything to show a little bit of compassion and politeness.
