I like the clothes in Khaadi but the service today was appalling! My sister was queuing up to purchase her dress. There were 2 people in front of her - so why did it take over 25 minutes for her to be served?! A customer was making a large purchase so you'd think that they'd open up another till. This customer was holding everyone up because no other staff were being helpful! There was only one member of staff who was trying to be helpful, another was on the shop floor putting stuff back but the other one was a female worker behind the till point folding clothes. Other customers were complaining about the hold up and she just carried on folding clothes. It was so frustrating that I had to leave. If I was in that queue I would have left empty handed. REALLY BAD customer service - and they didn't seem to be aware of the situation or care!

The annoying thing with this store is the fact that they only allow you to use 1 or 2 changing room when kts especially busy, when they have more than 1/2 changing rooms, they also never have any floor walkers around to ask for assistance. Everything is always out of stock, and it never comes back in stock!!! They should just sell the kameez with the trousers and duppatta as a set rather than having to look around to match it, which is really frustrating.
