They lie about bad returns and steal your money. I returned about £350 worth of items, yet one kameez that i did not even take out of the packet is apparently damaged and a “bad return” when i asked for proof that they sent it to me in a good condition they could not provide it and kept sending automated emails and repeating things like a bunch of robots. Disgusting robbing bas*%^*} DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The service here is not great at all. Only one fitting and the wait can be very long depending on how many items people take in to try on. Waited 20 mins in the queue and I was next in line. They really need to open their other fitting room which is full of stock. Not to mention having to also wait ages to be served at the till again just one till open.

I visited this store today and was appalled by the rude customer assistants. Firstly, I had to wait for 15 mins to get to the one changing room in the store. Then within 5 mins of me quickly trying on the clothes, they’re knocking on the door saying it’s only 10 mins per person and I need to come out (very rudely, no please). They should really man their changing room if they want to accurately see how long a customer is taking (what if a disabled customer had difficulties and needed more time? It’s actually ridiculous!). I felt very embarrassed by this! Secondly, I came out to pay and had to wait another 15 mins whilst 2 assistants chatted away to one customer! And when I asked if I could pay, I was told to just wait in the queue passive aggressively. When I was finally served there was no thank you or please and very blank/annoyed faces. At the end of the day you’re in a customer facing role and should be offering a service with a smile. If you aren’t capable of this then find another job. It’s not complex stuff and being busy isn’t an excuse for the attitude either, I’ve worked in far busier environments and still managed to serve the public pleasantly. I was with a friend and even she commented on how rude the whole experience was. I left feeling a bit deflated which is not how a shopping experience should feel like. And my final point is that there was a white lady after me who was offered to try the outfit she wanted to buy on and seen much more quickly. This makes me think discrimination played a role in my experience today which is extremely sad given that it is an Asian business. I hope Khaadi takes a look at this and enforce some basic customer service skills guidance for their staff. After my experience today I will not be returning to this store which is a shame as I do like the clothing.
