I had a real issue that I needed resolving as a matter of urgency. New set of tyres required (not too urgent), but I had popped a rear brake pad that damaged my disc. I am not too mechanically minded, but Anthony and his Team headed By Chris pulled out all the stops. New tyres, Rear Disc and new pads all round at a minutes notice!! KH Motorcycles is definitely worth a visit if you need any work undertaken on your motorbikes. Thanks Guys!! Andrew R

If I could give less than one star I would. I recently took my MT-125 to this shop as it was the closest shop to me that my warranty accepts, I was told the bike was fixed after afew days and was sceptical as I told them I had an Intermittent electrical fault. They assured me it had been sorted so I got a £25 taxie to the shop to pick up the bike, payed the invoice just to roll my bike out and it cut out after 30 secs of it running! Immediately shown the technician and he was very nice an apologetic as" this issue wasn't happing yesterday" management then came out and basically told me I can keep paying them to investigate or take the hike home. I then said change my invoice to showed I payed picked up the bike and it still had the same issue as I will deal with the warranty Company which was agreed but no new invoice has been sent aswell as I had to pay another £25 taxie to get home. I then rang to check up on the invoice and bike expectancy would be and I was ment with some of the most disgusting customer care and abuse of power as when the call got heated I was told I had to pick my bike up that day baring in mind it was mid day already or I would be charged a £28 storage fee. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Makes my understand why the biking comunity is dieing out, old heads like thus who think it's thier way or the high way. Bunch of toolboxes.

Any questions were answered instantly and the process of getting the bike shipped to Northern Ireland was painless.
