Purchased a tub chair, I was given a date and time for delivery. It arrived date and time they said it would. It was packaged well. Chair was perfect, just what we were expecting. We only had to screw the feet into the base. Great service, definitely recommend.

Ordered the Marguerite range from a customer facing site of KH Direct called nextdaysofas.co.uk. Could not recommend them more. The sofa was high quality, extremely easy to install as each of the 2 sofas we bought were effectively in two pieces (base and back) along with chair legs and arm rests. The boxes easily fit through tight doors and hallways. There were no instructions but instructions were not needed due to the simplicity. Additionally the customer service and delivery was superb, we got a courtesy call thanking for the order and to confirm delivery. The delivery driver helped bring the sofa in and can install it for a fee if required (but you likely don't need assistance). Best thing was a great package price for 2 sofas which was delivered next working day!

Auckland Recliner. Poor quality - a nightmare to assemble - don't waste your money. To recover your money you are expected to re-box this monster and return at your expense. Unhelpful Customer Services. AVOID.

Steer well clear! When you are dissatisfied with the product, they say you have to get an outside return agent to return the product at your own expense (these agents are very expensive). They expect you to ask questions which wouldn't even occur to the average person, such as does this recliner chair have an upright position? On the chair I chose there is a knob showing and apparently I should have asked what that was for before buying it online? They refused to give me a full refund and expected me to do all the work to get the chair back to them! Some customer service! Don't go near them.
