Highly recommended for hours of fun, de-stressing and learning how to create great pots. Myself and my granddaughter have just completed 6 week course for beginner throwers. Learnt how to prep clay, centre, cone and throw cylinders. We also glazed pots and had a Raku session. Karl is a talented potter who knows his subject and has a great teaching style. He is very relaxed and puts you at ease, gave lots of support and advice. For someone who is a complete novice I can now competently throw a pot! He was incredibly patient with my granddaughter who asked thousands of questions! She also was so very happy that she can now throw a pot and has a Raku pot to treasure. Will definitely be booking more sessions

Karl did a wonderful session for me and a friend for her birthday today. We started with raku and then made some things on the wheel too. Karl's knowledge and passion shone through and was infectious! For a 2 hour session we squeezed a lot in and I am looking forward to collecting the things we have made when they are ready. I would thoroughly recommend! Just wonderful.
