I undertook the teacher training course a few weeks ago with Nancy Keen. I am a retired midwife and health Visitor and i have to say it was one of the best courses I have taken. Nancy's teaching style was excellent, clear concise and with up to date information. I highly recommend this course.

Just completed the KGH hypnobirthing teacher course online. Wow! Thoroughly enjoyable, in depth, very detailed and supportive of all types of birth. Parent focussed and educational based on evidence rather than outdated practices. Experienced teacher, easy to listen to and very organised. Ran on time and yet managed question times and breaks too. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Having studied KG Hypnobirthing prior to the birth of my second child, I became passionate about helping other parents and enrolled to study the KGH teacher training this Spring. I have just completed the course, which was well structured, insightful, fascinating, and inspirational. The course tutor, Nancy, was knowledgable, empowering and so helpful. I am excited to help new parents by passing on the power and confidence I have learned through my KGH course - I really think it should be part of the NHS and available to all parents, it makes such a massive difference to pregnancy and labour and beyond.

An amazing course that as a dad to be I couldn’t recommend more to anyone expecting. Wanting a home birth which is kept as natural as possible, we believed the course would be very useful to us to try and make sure that’s what we get. Katharine is wonderful, she’s like the Mary Berry of the child birthing world, with her extensive wealth of knowledge and charm. She delivers the course in a manner that is very easy to absorb and I’ve been left feeling hugely confident about the day and my partners natural ability to give birth to our baby. Now with a greater sense of purpose in assisting in the lead up and the day itself with the relaxations we learnt, as well as protecting my partner from any negativity. We now also feel very well equipped with the tools to navigate the healthcare system and any fear mongering imposed upon on us, which is very important in making informed decisions on matters which may be detrimental to any natural processes of the birth. Thank you Katherine!

I'm a doula and mother and I took KG's Parents' Online Course and it was EXCEPTIONAL. It was so informative, the recordings were so relaxing, and I left the class feeling confident and excited about birth! I can't wait to have another baby honestly because I feel so much more informed than the first time. She really went into detail about gracefully navigating the hospital and psychological stress around birth in an evidence-based way that is top tier and well worth the money. And I've taken other birthing classes before. I would recommend her classes to ANY birth worker or parent-to-be! One thing I wish she included was a specific module to talk about the hospital system in the US more in depth in comparison to the UK system. Although I know they're similar, knowing the exact ins and outs in the US system would've made me feel even more confident. Also I wish there were specific links to the scientific articles that she cites in the class (which are amazing).

What a wonderful course. It felt like a weekend away. A real retreat. We enjoyed every moment of it. Katharine structures the course really well into factual background information on how to manage the system and make informed choices, and practical breathing, visualisation and relaxation exercises. Our favourite exercise was the arm-dropping exercise: it created such a strong bond between father/ mother/ baby and we can already feel the tremendous effect of the course beyond the birth of our first child. Highly recommend course to anyone who thrives for a positive, empowered birth experience, and who wants to get their birth partner actively involved in the process.

We attended Katharine’s course in London last week and it was a phenomenal experience! I now feel much more calm and confident about the birth giving event (so much that I’m literally looking forward to it!) and we were able to familiarise with the whole process, asking questions and collecting all the information needed to make our choices. The course has absolutely exceeded our expectations and every mum planning for a natural birth (even for an epidural birth) should give herself the chance to attend it!
