I live in France and as I was visiting the U.K. I contacted Kingswinford Alloys about a quick turnaround for the refurbishment of four wheels. They undertook the work and completed it on time and to a reasonable standard. I also had a fifth wheel from a second car which I left with them saying I would be returning in about a months time. That was at least six months ago, probably longer. I have been back twice to collect the wheel to be told it’s still in storage but that they would post it to me. I’m still waiting three months later. They won’t answer my calls so I have to complain through s third party. Quite honestly I would find somebody else wi us more reliable.

I previously posted a review complaining that after several months this company have not returned a wheel I left with them for repair. I am still waiting for the wheel. They will not now reply to my emails or phone calls. I can only guess what they have done to the wheel which prevents its return. This is a disgraceful way to treat a customer. Service: Body & Trim

Avoid this place if you value your wheels and stress levels. Took a wheel in for a repair/refurb. Too much material was taken off the front face and a step left in the centre. So much material was removed that this cannot now be rectified without buying a new wheel. The wheel had not been refurbed until now. You'll get excuses which hold no weight plus you'll have to find another dust cap for your valve as (they bin em unless you request to keep it!) Obsurd! They never gave me the option but I'm 100% sure all wheel owners would say yes so why not just put it back on! Go to wheelfurb in dudley instead much more professional than this cowboy outfit.

I wouldn't bother! Been left without a car the whole of the bank holiday weekend and don't seem to be in a rush to rectify the issue! Don't give a time scale of completion if its going to be another 3/4 days (and counting) longer. Getting to work and taking my car for its MOT has proven difficult with only 3 wheels.
