After completing an online collection order, had to wait for 50 mins after arrival to get the order. The restaurant had run out of certain items which we were told about at the point of collection only. By the time we got our meals home, the chips were no longer hot as they were sat on the side the longest. Lots of other annoyed and long waiting customers there too. Poor for KFC and will go to another branch from now on.

Decided to grab a kfc during my lunch break. Very quiet, I was the only customer in the drive thru however, the man I was served by was so rude. I then take my lunch to work to then see I had been given the completely wrong burger. I tried to contact the branch several times to ask if this could be solved but had no answer. Would never recommend or shop here again

Collected from whiteley a 10 piece family feast and 8 hot wings along with 4 small gravies, I think they ought to be renamed to kfs kentucky fried sparrow.... The size of the chicken pieces are so small, and the 4 small pots of gravy were only half filled, so not enough to go around, You would expect much more for £ 25.00 total rip off, Were going to boycott much better to make your own
