    I recently popped in the KFC in Gloucester Road one lunchtime and was pleasntly surprised. I was greeted by a member of staff who held the door open for me to come in and said hello. When ordering the food, the member of customer service kept me updated on how long my order would take which was very useful. They also game me some extra ketchup and napkins. I had the pleasure of sitting down and eating my meal in the restaurant and noticed how clean everything was. The taste of the food was absolutely delicious and was piping hot which made the meal so good! After having finished my meal, I took my tray to be put away and was then greeted by Khusy who was very friendly, talked to me and asked how my meal was, said thank you to me and said have a nice day. Overall, my experience here was excellent and out of this world which really made my day, so thank you! I would defiantly recommend this store and will be popping back again soon! Thanks!
