    I bought a family bucket to eat in and been given only 4 ketchup sachets, I had mention I like to eat extra ketchup but till assistance only allow 2 sachets each time I went to ask finally after 3 times of asking I had decided to stop my food and rather go home and I enjoyed. I will not blame KFC for it it's the service provided was not up to my standard I have been in so many restaurants and never had to repeat more then 1 time for any thing extra if I wish to have. Very unhappy.

    DISGUSTING SERVICE! I would rate this a 0 star if I could. Just purchased 2 burger meals & 1 wrap. The man who took the order was extremely rude. He was being sarcastic and very patronising. He took the order rudely - I started by saying we would like a mini wrap and he kept saying thats £3.99, when I said that I would like a single £1.49 mini wrap. He then said that ‘well she was saying that she wanted a meal not a single.’ I then carried on and said I would like 2 chicken burger meals and he carried on to say ‘with what side’ and we repeated ‘fries’ and he said ‘it comes with chips already. What else do you want!?’ (Very rudely). We then said, no we would like just the burgers with fries and drink. He then said ‘well she said she wanted a box meal.’ When we moved to the window to pay, he gave the bag with a sauce inside it and some napkins and then took the bag bag and dropped the napkins into my car! No apology given by him. When we moved to the collection window, she gave the food and then when we asked for a ketchup sachet, he threw the bag towards my hand and it dropped onto the floor. Rather than apologising and offering another bag with sauces inside it, she made me open the door and pick it up. This was my first experience ever at this branch and I will NOT be coming back again!!! Disgusting service and biggest waste of £16!!!!

    If there was an option for zero stars I would give it that. This Kfc is the worse kfc I have ever come across in my life. First of all they take 20+ minutes to even get your order in, in the drive thru they claim they are busy but leave there speakers on and you can clearly here them talking and having a laugh. All the staff I have come across have been rude and obnoxious. Once I got my food whilst waiting in the drive through for almost 30minutes despite there only being less than 4 cars I came to my chicken not even being cooked properly and the way the sauce was put on my burger a 3 year old could’ve done a better job. Will never be coming back to this place I definitely do not recommend other reviews on this place say it all.
