The atmosphere is what you make it. The chicken is KFC chicken. Not undercooked or over. It's halal so a big plus for me. The only issue with fast food places is that other customer leave their tables in a mess, most probably because they are fatherless. If you find a clean table, you enjoy KFC. At worst you will get a dirty table. I haven't had an order go wrong here fortunately. The service is fast.

The lady on the till called nida who had served me awful customer service doesn’t know how to communicate with customers and snatched my receipt out of my hand will definitely be taking this matter further no one should treat a customer like that when I had told her she even said she don’t care definitely needs firing! From someone who has worked in customer service and now works within trading standards I will definitely be reporting this as no customers should go through this you should be helping the customer not throwing attitude!
