    this kfc is the worst out of the rest on leicester they have no sense on customer service what so ever. I've just ordered through uber eat half my order is missing called the store they refused to help in anyway this hasn't just happened to me once but other times aswell

    This is unarguably the best experience I had as a customer of kfc for the past many years. They serve halal meat. The place was crowded but service was quick as could be. We took our table and placed an order through the kfc app and the order number immediately appeared on the screen near the counter. Within five to seven min max they called our order number and *mr.Brodia* handed over the order to me and making sure I received everything in the order and being generous with the mayo and ketchup packets he offered to help if there was anything more I needed. He was quick, attentive and made sure we return again as regular customers. Food: we ordered a bucket of 6 original chicken pieces more than enough for 3 adults. The chicken was tender, juicy and had no smell with just the right amount of spices. The garden salad was fresh and crisp. Washrooms were upstairs but not maintained. Note: baby chairs are available as well

    Ordered food and asked for ketchup when the guy brought it, miserable service and grumbled at us. realised we miss a drink and a gravy so we ordered on the post and no receipt printed. Only the gravy came so we asked for the drink and was asked where our receipt was. Finally got a drink but it was the wrong one and a small not a large as ordered. Seemed like anything you asked of the staff was too much trouble.
