The only reason for 4/5 stars for food is that KFC fries just ain't what they used to be. I suspect that they've fallen victim to understandable trends for less frying, seasoning and oil. The team/Service' at the Wycombe Retail Park is always 5 stars; upbeat, efficient and friendly. 4/5 for 'Atmosphere' simply reflects the fact that, let's face it, one hardly 'eats-in' at KFC for the generic décor or ambience per se.

Avoid , avoid, it is the worst KFC I ever been. They are making profit over customer. Any time I order meal there always something missing .Today I realised that they do it purposely. Please when you order a meal at the shop open your order and check it, they making lot profit doing this practice. The reason is it happens to me 4 times , to my husband and son any we order meal, something have to be missed. Also they not following the standard portion size of KFC. Their portion are extremely small and not worth for the prize. KFC RETAIL PARK IN HIGH WYCOMBE NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY KFC AREA MANAGER. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

Absolutely abysmal! The food is standard throughout the chain, so it was good. The service, however, was a disaster!! From the onset 1 customer came back and complained about how she had to come back as items were missed from the order and this was not something new and keeps happening. The staff were completely careless, unapologetic, and out of the depth without a care in the world. They don't care what you order or what you say, you get what they give you and though luck! They stand around ignoring you. The customer service is non existant and none of the staff really had a clue as to what they were doing and had a complete disregard for customers. All you have to do is treat customers with care!

Consistently mediocre Been here multiple times. Majority of the time the food is barely warm. When you get decently hot food the taste is great. This place is a coin toss as to what you are going to experience.

The poor staff look overworked & tired in this busy branch, but always make an effort to be polite, especially if you take the time to greet them nicely, give them a smile & say thank you. Consistently poor quality food or years, unfortunately, I can't recall the last time I actually thought it was good value or overly tasty. This branch supplies mediocre food, which is OK as a convenient takeaway meal without great expectations.
