    Absolutely disgusting, placed and order on line via web site, didn't screen shot the order number, after an hour and a half no delivery, called the local KFC Blachington Road Hove. For them to say they have no order. Money has left my account. So no order number no refund, they get to keep my money. DO NOT USE KFC. Website to order anything. They don't get the order. You will lose your money. Got my money back. 23 May Thankfully, but, will never order from the Blachington Road Hove Branch again

    Appalling service for manager Kyle at the Linwood store Renfrewshire a few hot wings short in the bucket of 20 said to him there was some short and he insisted I was wrong and continued to call me a lier that he has counted the remaining ones and it added up correctly 😲 which I'm not really going to believe considering you clearly can't count to 20 in the first place disgusting won't be back there with my children then said I better move and get out of the que before I started to make his other customers angry . Boy seriously needs some training on manners and customer service

    Absolutely waste of money and time with them!! As a Luton resident we’ve had so much problems with halal KFC in hatters way. The don’t bloody care about customers, when your in the queue to order something they stare at you like they’ve never seen humans before. They’ve always made mistakes with my orders. Once I ordered kids box meal they forgot to put the drinks and next time they forgot our fries and last night I got ordered the 20 wings bucket for £5.99 they only gave me 15 wings when I called to talk to manager I must say he’s attitude was worser than an animal the way he spoke to me made me hang up in him. He kept telling me that we don’t make mistakes contact our head office but now reading people’s reviews here makes me think that head office is of no use either lol. If the bigger ones are useless let alone the little ones that mess up with these big branches which is disgusting. I hate going there now they have no manners whatsoever!!!

    Yh just ordered kfc in Burnley UK through just eat spending a total of £43 for a party bucket and a burger for it to arrive 15 minutes late, cold and the bucket of chicken nowhere to be found... so we've paid £43 for 5 small bags of cold chips a tiny box of popcorn chicken that was also cold and a cold chicken burger and ofcourse nobody at the restaurant answers the phone. Kids are absolutely gutted gotta wait even longer now for food absolute joke!!
