Can’t believe I’ve waited for the hot wings for more than one hour. Very unorganised with backlogged orders! Lots of angry customers! Staffs are so unorganised and clueless until that one guy (probably the restaurant manager) stepped in and took charge of organising the orders and calming down the customers and things get better.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible ever never go there. Terrible cold, missing 2 items and deny to serve missing items. Service is super poor. All tables were full of trays and papers . There is nobody to see. Unbelievable. People should boycott this horrible house.

Love a kentucky. Tasty flavoursome food for a once in a while treat. Served quickly but check your order before you leave, when they are very busy mistakes can be made. Sadly chicken doesn't solve most problems but it certainly helps to take your mind off them!

Would not recommend this place. Firstly they did not give me all me change. When I questioned this, the server just shrugged their shoulders, smiled and said we don't have change. They knowingly short changed me and was hoping I wouldn't say anything. I still don't have all my change. Next I was given diet Pepsi, when I ordered regular Pepsi, when I questioned this, I was informed that they don't do regular Pepsi but wasn't told when this when I placed my order. Finally I was given my meal as a take out after saying I was eating in when I ordered. Really terrible service, I'm not happy at all.
