One of the worst KFC in London. The rudest staff that they haven't got a clue about customer service and lying about how the system works. Ordered a meal deal with 3 pieces of chicken and fries which the chicken was ready 5 minutes after I have placed the order, but for the fries I had to wait for another 5 minutes until the person went to cook them after the chicken was ready. When I questioned it I'm was told that the order for the fries doesn't show in their system which i find that really hard to believe. I never found so rude staff without a care towards customers. Also the person that was in the kitchen was eating and using their phone which thwre were more interested than their customers. Avoid at all cost.

I can’t believe I’m giving only 1 star for KFC which is my favourite fried chicken restaurant. The staff are incredibly unprofessional and rude. They can not take a basic order and mess it up every time, whether I order online or f2f. KFC need to step up and change the staff immediately if they want to see more sale for their business.
