Spent nearly £80 on steak hamper & other bits! Upto now every steak as been fatty & tough, ostrich sausages were just bland & full of gristle, buffalo was just inedible just a pile of chewed fat on side of plate! Never again!

I'd give you 6 stars if I could ! neat website, quick delivery, nice packaging and very tasty game. I would have been interested in whole offals ( liver, kidney and heart) as well if you had them. You have made a big fan and customer. The only slight criticism I could have is some of the cuts where smaller than expected but just SOME and it is still filling and satisfying enough. Good job.

I rang to enquire about postage to Northern Ireland and the girl was extremely helpful, she rang me back to confirm they could and that they would use extra ice to ensure the items were still frozen. My goods arrived within 24hrs and still frozen. I will definitely be using this company again

I ordered x10 packs of ostrich steaks, venison steaks and several buffalo steaks and wild boar steaks. I am utterly disappointed in the Ostrich meat. This has been severely overcooked and is very tough even before cooking and definitely was worse after heating them for a few minutes as directed by the cooking instructions. Also the buffalo steaks where very fatty and had lots of fatty streaks in them. Very disappointed. The Venison steaks where poor cuts and had lots of fat attached to them including skin. I'm sorry to say I've purchased better quality Version steaks and Ostrich from Tesco previously. All these meats had been defrosted for over 24 hours in my fridge. Overall quality of products where disappointing. But this is the problem with not being able to choose your own products like you can from the supermarkets.

Some of the best meat in the country!! The elk , buffalo , wild boar , wagyu beef and smoked duck are incredible. ( the elk meat has a beautiful flavour and texture to it ) I have ordered over the last couple of months and i will continue to do so for the year ahead. Brilliant customer service from clare and a real pleasure to speak to.

Will not be buying meat from this company again. Ordered goat for christmas eve and elk for christmas day. They never sent the elk so christmas day was ruiened and the goat was inediable, every piece was full of gristle absolutely ruined christmas. And they have still not refunded me for the missing elk !!
