Tittle tattle culture from staff who like to gossip and accuse others of serious safeguarding allegations for their own entertainment. Most staff don’t care about the children, they sit in office gossiping all day and leave it to new staff to look after children, but very quick to point the finger. In the service I worked, some staff were bullies and covered eachothers backs. The manager was easily manipulated by staff.

Communication break down through management to recruitment massive ❌alarm bells❌ as a new candidate, from management to recruitment continously miss placed important data that is confidential, continued to ask for information that had been supplied more than four times to management not only will they waste your time whilst your patiently waiting for your start date...time is money...i couldn't work for a company that clearly has communication incompetence at this early stage...my confidence and competent professionalism confirms I'm too good to work in this domain. PERIOD!!
