DO NOT UNDERTAKE ANY WORK FOR THIS BUSINESS. THEY FAIL TO PAY THEIR INVOICES, EVEN AFTER 11 MONTHS OF CHASING. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Avoid applying for the job advertised on indeed at all costs. Staff waiting to claim back unpaid wages from the same business under a different name. Currently in liquidation. Don't know how people like this can look someone in the eye after the way they treated previous employees. They shouldn't be allowed to run a business again. Sorry to those who lost money on booked courses. I would be very surprised if you see your money back.

ANOTHER NO STARS BUT HAD TO PUT ONE TO BE ABLE TO POST Day course cancelled at very short notice. Not offered a suitable alternative or a refund initially. Then after being offered an alternative no contact. All the phones go to voice mail. Disgraceful service and I still can’t get any response to get my money back. Even tried the email address given by the owner to a similar review to this, again no response. Do not book anything online is my advice!

Update: Now telling people courses will go ahead at a later date to avoid giving refunds and still have not paid the supplier despite knowing they are going into liquidation, absolute scam. Paid 200 pounds for 2 places on a botanical silver clay course only to be told that it is unavailable. Promised a refund but all communications going unanswered and phones going to voicemail, I can see this is not unusual from other reviews. I will definitely be pursuing this futher, completely unacceptable. Avoid booking workshops with this venue

I would give this no stars if I could. Booked a succulent wreath workshop with them as a birthday present for my mum. Received an email the class was cancelled offering another class, which I declined and requested a refund. I've had no reply to any of my emails and I've left voicemail messages as no one answers the phone. So now I am £130 out of pocket and have no birthday present for my mum. Be very wary of booking any classes here. No refund even if they cancel the class! Shocking

Closed because the owners have not bothered to pay the staff or suppliers, they haven’t communicated appropriately either. Company is going into liquidation so if customers want a refund don’t give up. Keep pursuing them.
