Hamsters of fun
Went for the Friday bogof deals on burgers, told no burgers available, ordered chicken sandwich and mixed grill, waited 40mins, not worth the wait at all, onion rings soggy, chicken sandwich made with old Lettuce, no onions, chicken over done. Mixed grill had smallest steak I've ever seen, only part of it that was decent was the peas.

Terrible service, even when the staff can help you, they dont. The manager is useless and just reply's rules are rules. Were not allowed. Head office says no. They need a lesson in a happy customer is a returning customer. I'm not saying the customer is always right but when an easy fix is a happy customer and its at the managers discretion. Make a customer smile. A final tip, if you have drinks out of stock, perhaps remove the ones you have from the display shelves instead of refusing to sell them. You look like liars.

Had a slight issue today with this pub. The issue was inevitable in any pub.. the dreaded hair, BUT, the manager dealt with the problem effectively and without drama. Manager lady, you are a credit to the pub 😄Thank you

We visited Keymaster as a family of 6. Three generations and the pub suited us all. Although it was a Bank Holiday and the pub was busy we were accomadated quickly. The food was good and the staff were nice. We would definitely visit again. Nice clean well presented family pub.
