    Unhygienic and poor service, AVOID! terrible service and poor quality of food. I went yesterday and ordered a wrap. After the staff took 15 minutes to serve the wrap, handed it to me Stone cold. When I advised it was cold they offered to reheat it, I hesitantly agreed, as I was not to impressed with the cleanliness of the place either but I didn't want to be rude. After reheated I went back to my car and left. A few minuites later I opened the wrap and found that the wrap looked as if it had just been thrown together and smelt rotten. I am sure the salad was off and didn't dare take a bite. As there was heavy traffic, I didn't bother turning around to give them a piece of my mind and get my money back, which I should have done. I ended up throwing the wrap away and getting another elsewhere. Will be reporting to the hygiene authority.

    They got my order completely wrong!! and some of the starters were missing which they charged for, I called the Grill House and they were completely rude to me and did not want to deal with the situation and kept hanging up. Do not order from them because they do not deal with their mistakes.
