Key Counselling is great, it's absolutely free and conveniently on Zoom. The student counsellors I found are much better than fully trained counsellors elsewhere. They bring theory into the session which is so insightful. You also get 12 sessions which is just fantastic and long enough to make progress then standard 6 elsewhere. The Key Course Programme Drector who matches the counsellors is great. I really liked both of my counsellors they were just absolutely astounding!😁👏🏾🤲🏾📣

Disgusting company, wouldn't refund my money when I couldn't do the course due to childcare although I was more than happy to pay for the session I had attended. Very rude and abrupt and didn't explain the course at all to me but excused me of being stupid when I said I had no idea. The women who did the first lesson was telling us how basically you shouldn't be a councillor as you don't get paid for it. Far to negative and a judgemental environment. Don't waste your money.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience whilst on this course. Sian is an amazing tutor and has shown me a great level of support whilst conducting my studies. The course is very suitable for those who have a family as they are extremely understanding and 20% of the term consists of holidays which allows for plenty of time for your own needs. I have experienced a lot of personal growth and can definitely see how far I have come academically thanks to the amazing quality of teaching. There is a very broad time frame to complete studies which is great for anyone who has extra responsibilities. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested as it will genuinely change your perception on life.

I trained with key couselling at levels 3 and 4 and cannot speak highly enough of the course. I felt well supported throughout. The hand books were of high quality and always fit for purpose full of relevant information. The tutor was knowledgeable on the subject and very supportive when it came to assignments. I would recommend this course to anyone who is considered a career as a counsellor.
