The team were great, taking time to meet with my builders to understand the openings, neatly finishing the newly installed windows, and when one cracked a couple of weeks later, they were swift to replace the unit with no arguments. Kew windows supplied and installed our Roseview sash windows recently and did a great job at a really competitive price. They are such a friendly company to work with who really care about the work they do. I also asked them to take a look at our bifold doors which were fitted ages ago and had gone out of line. Nik came round the same day I called and sorted the fit and serviced the doors - he really knew his stuff. I would definitely recommend Kew windows for their quality of service, you can also visit their office and get to see all the products to make the right choices. Well done guys. I had Kew Windows supply & fit a large double glazed sash window, which replaced a mid-19th century wood sash. They did a brilliant job. The window quality was excellent. You can't tell it apart from the original in style. All the original features present including the Victorian glazing bars, which is most important, as many 19th Century houses are ruined because the owners fit terrible 1970's style windows. Others remove glazing bars which again spoils the look of period properties. Kew Windows fitted the new window perfectly into my original architrave. Looks fantastic. This was the first time I have used the company. I highly recommend this company.

I rarely leave reviews as I am not easily pleased but Kew Windows did such an excellent job as well as pre and post service. The sales team were helpful and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, explaining the choice of products, including pre visits to our property to advise and measure up as we were repointing and working with builders at the same time. The fitters Arkur and Chris, worked very tidily when preparing and after finishing. They were so meticulous on the fitting detail and went above and beyond on the internal and external finish. A site visit to make sure we were happy was welcomed and we are very happy with the quality of the windows, them being on time and all work and service. Thankyou Jay and team, we will be back for more windows! Service: Double pane window installation & replacement
