I was seen by Dr Robert Pestell today for an Onlay because I had a broken back tooth. Honestly speaking, he greeted me with a smile and put me at ease with the very first impression. In total he spent an hour on my tooth and X-rayed my tooth to ensure all was checked. His helping nurse was equally friendly and used the vacuum unit exceptionally well and very professional. All in all, I can put very satisfied and I would recommend him very highly. Thank you.

Highly recommend Dr Andrew Stevenson at Kew Road Dental! Could not have found a better dental practice in London. Having dentophobia, I used to go back to Finland for my annual dental check-ups until my partner recommended Dr Andrew. He's such a kind, thorough and reassuring dentist. The reception staff is always very helpful, too. Excellent service all round.

I didn’t expect this place to disappoint after having such a positive experience with Dr Andrew. Cancelling my appointments and sending me home, followed by not responding to my email to even reschedule… it’s just all very disrespectful. Seems as though you’re only a priority if you’ve got pocket loads of money. I’m glad I’ve found a different specialist that’s able to deal with my situation effectively.

This is a good place to get your teeth fixed. Everyone I met was exceptionally friendly and the practice is clean and efficient. On my initial visit I chewed up a great deal of Andrew Stevenson’s time yakking on about sharks and diving. He is well-travelled and interesting to speak to. He took his time and advised me on the best treatments for my particular issues. Will be returning to get some implants.

I was recommended to go to Andrew at Kew Road Dental by a friend, as I wasn't happy at my old dentist. I am glad my family and I all joined the practice because Andrew is very friendly and reassuring and talks you through what he is doing every step of the way. I was very stressed about going to the dentist through Covid, but the whole place is always spotlessly clean and a high level of safety protocols were followed, which have now been somewhat relaxed in line with government guidance (mostly the type of masks/PPE worn, as hand sanitising, ventilation, general hygiene etc are still very stringent). Both receptionists I have encountered are also always very friendly and willing to take time to find the right appointment slot you need.

Dr Andrew is one of the finest dentists I've come across. Being nervous of dental work, i felt at ease & comfortable with him. I felt confident he knows what he's doing. However, I find the receptionist here very arrogant, condescending, rude. I've ignored it a few times but this time went too far to obviously lie to me in an obnoxious tone: "Look, were fully booked till March... To be like that for someone who is in an emergency & needs help is to me, the lowest of the low. I think I'll look for another dentist from now on. The goal of life is not how much money you make or have not your credentials but your level of humanity. The dentist's there are very good , but a receptionist on the frontline treating people indignantly puts me off going there. Good luck to her. In life, it doesn't matter how good you are at something, if you don't have love or respect for people, you won't get anywhere. Previous Review: A big thank you to Dr Andrew for saving my tooth! Two other doctors said it was to be pulled out but he did the root canal with excellence. High standards & using the latest technology & fair prices also. Highly recommended.

I've been to Kew Road Dental a few times for a variety of different reasons. I have always been happy with their ability to provide a professional service on a personal level. It's clear that Andrew and Mana genuinely wanted me to be happy with the results so they took the time needed and I didn't feel like they were trying to just rush me through. My most recent appointment was with Mana, she is fantastic and has an excellent calming presence.

I'm extremely glad this practice was recommended to me. I no longer dread appointments and think the service is excellent from booking to treatment. Andrew is clearly a highly skilled technician and I feel confident under his care. Communication is spot on and the staff are personable. The appearance of the surgery is also to a high standard (which is not always common here in the UK) I have nothing negative to say and travel across London with pleasure to make my appointments

Had hygiene appointment. They suggested I have full check up, which is "about the same as on NHS" (it is not) and that it would take extra 20 min. I declined. After my appointment I was asked to leave because they had next customer waiting, which is absolutely fine. Had I taken their offer I guess it would have been ok that their next customer had to wait.
