I wouldn’t use this company again. Correspondence was sent without my approval that has unfortunately damaged relationships and created unnecessary stress. They also start the process off making you pay for work upfront so you feel like you are up to date and managing the costs and then blindside you with a large bill at the end. When I raised my concerns they simply provided excuses and said they were ‘looking forward to receiving payment’ for their bill. I’m sure they are! If you do use them make sure you ask for costing for everything single thing (even a two sentence e-mail will cost you!) before it’s been carried out.

Used Kew law for selling and purchasing. They were very efficient and easy to contact. Moved things along in good time. Excellent service. HOWEVER our purchase fell through and with all the heartache that has occurred since this happened, having to pay a bill for the house we never got was a kick in the teeth. Whilst I appreciate they did the work. On my partners side his solicitors did not charge for the sale of his that fell through. And have since found out there are solicitors out there that have a NO EXCHANGE NO FEE policy. And would strongly recommend taking that into consideration next time.
