This company provide coaches to Saint Augustine’s High School in Redditch. Their service is a disgrace. They leave kids on the side of the road with no way to get to school as they keep sending too few coaches. It happens regularly, you’d think by now that they would have sorted this mess out but it’s been going on for years. The school is just as bad for giving them the contract every year.

Taken over the former NX 10 service in Birmingham - Quinton. Only used the service once so far but seems a downgrade of service. You still recieve a physical ticket even if paying by card - which seems a waste of paper - mine also had the wrong destination on it (I asked for a single to Quinton, my ticket said valid to Five Ways). A good portion of the front of the bus was taken up with a massive luggage rack - more suited to an airport transfer bus - also limits the number of wheelchairs/pushchairs they can take compared to the old NX bus. Will update as time goes on.

Drivers think they own Morrisons car park! Constantly park up to have a break over parking bays for customer parking or sometimes park up behind vehicles and when you get in your car ready to move off, they say "I'll be a couple of minutes" erm no you've blocked me or someone else that doesn't appreciate being held up by your arrogance! I've already been in contact with this company once that they have their own pull at the bus stop outside the supermarket! Use it! Arrogance is an understatement for this lot!

Not all but one of the drivers is terrible and very arrogant. Was waiting to pick up my daughter from school 10 mins early before the end of the day as she was sick. One of the drivers kept beeping at me and making hand signals at me to move. He had plenty of space to park behind me.

I started using the 147 bus last year and have been extremely happy with the service, Mark the regular driver is polite and respectful and unless their are any road works to hold him up he is always on time and is a courtious driver
