    Absolutely appalling customer service. I paid for a hymn book a week and a half ago. The payment wasn't acknowledged, the order didn't arrive. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them by e mail x2. No reply nothing. I told them I was willing to wait if there was a problem? no reply. A word of warning for anyone contemplating ordering from this company.
