I recently attended the 3 day Texture Cutting Course with Jennie Roberts. I cannot recommend it enough to professionals wanting to grow their knowledge and skill. It was perfect for me as it was 3 days intensive which fit into my busy schedule at work. I highly recommend to anyone in the hairdressing industry. Jennie is an amazing teacher, you’ll learn so much in a short space of time. The academy creates a safe space for the models as well as the professionals. I’ll be back for more courses!

I took the 3 day Afro hair course for personal and professional reasons and it was even thing i needed and MOREEEE. I have afro hair myself and i learnt new skills and finessed the skills i already had to help me to feel so empowered as a stylist. I was able to put my new found skills to use straight away with a wedding i had on the weekend and the bride was blow away, she was so impressed with how i defined her curls. This course gave me the confidence and the skills i never knew i needed to grow my business and my own hair care routine to the next level. What I have learnt in 3 days is outstanding! As a hair and make up artist in the film and tv industry, it is extremely important and essential that we all take time to educate, learn and understand how important it is to care properly for curly, textured and kinky hair! Just a joyous learning experience, in 3 days we managed to cover a huge amount but it’s not just the practical hows as importantly for me was the why’s. Kevin is a wonderful hairdresser and teacher he shares his knowledge and techniques patiently and generously, his love of kinky curly, coily hair is infectious. I did the 3 week course and the texture cutting course. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this course absolutely blew my mind. It was so inspiring to be taught by such professionals in the field. My highlight was working with extensions, and finally learning how to work with and properly care for textured hair. If there’s ever a course you should invest in, it’s this one!!

Can't recommended this place highly enough . Have done two courses here and about to book my third . I did the 3 day afro hair course and 3 day afro barbering and came away a better artist For it ! About to book the blow dry course . Tutors are top of their game , patient and great at imparting a lot of knowledge in short time. I I'll continue to do courses here without hesitation as all provide you with tools you'll use in almost every job !
