I would recommend Keumgang Family Martial Arts to anybody. It is great and fun at the same time. Me and both of my brothers go their. I am 15 and my other two brothers are 11 and 7. We enjoy yourself a lot.It is great for people who would like to gain confidence and want to increase their stamina and get stronger. It is for anybody. Everybody is very polite.
