Grossly overcharged, this guy must take advantage of passing trade, purchased 4 items, 2 of which l knew the price of £3.20 and £2.50 totalling £5.70, got charged £13.89 so was charged £8.19 for 250g butter and a carton of orange, didn’t realise until later when l checked my unitemised receipt. Day trippers beware!

Stopped here while on a bike ride yesterday, (hottest day ever in the UK). Was going to buy something and decided to ask for a refill of tap water for my water bottles as I was in there. I Could clearly see a skink a couple of meters behind the counter but was refused any water. The owner was incredibly rude and showed absolutely no sympathy towards my situation at all. In nearly 40 degree heat and in a very remote part of the country I was quite shocked at his response. Bearing in mind I am also under 18 and was on my own at the time.

Bought a pie, he took the pie from the back room,,I bit into it and found it to be freezing cold,,,I asked him if he could heat it up in the microwave,,he said no as I had taken a bite. I wasn't even given the option in the first place.
