Do not buy from this website under any circumstance. I bought a microwave that lasted 7 months exactly - one month longer than their warranty, which was convenient to say the least. Don't make the same mistake as I did as these products are extremely expensive to repair out of warranty and it's just a way of the company making more money off you. I never review negatively but I am gutted as I purchased from them because I hate wasting the Earth's resources but I just ended up buying a new one to replace it anyway, wasting the Earth's as well as mine. I want to help others not make the same mistake as me.

Ordered 4 items, one in good condition, one old and faded but working. Two items (this is 50% of the order) in a completely destroyed state. customer service is rude. I have not been able to get my money or product back. Strongly do not recommend.

Read the small print, thier graded products have been returned for a reason. They are basically selling products with 6 months warranty which already have a fault. They hope the fault does not return too quickly.
