Awful. 1 year old Son had swimming classes booked, first week the pool heaters weren’t working so it was freezing and he screamed the whole time another week they closed because they ran out of chlorine but didn’t bother to call and let us know. Took over 3 weeks to get a refund, nobody could find my details on their system so I wasn’t even booked on, yet they were still managing to take my money. Not one person offered an apology or showed that they cared, they were all completely useless and didn’t know how to issue a refund. Managers ignored emails, when you call up you’re told you’re not allowed to talk to the managers. When I finally did talk to the regional manager he actually said because my details weren’t on the system how does he know I’m not just somebody trying to get money from them 😂 like I have time to spend over 3 weeks sending emails and making phone calls to a swimming pool for a few £’s! Somebody in finance told me it might be easier for me to put a request in to my bank for the money 🤷🏼♀️ they have an option for the customer service team but when you select the option it says mailbox full, I was later told they no longer have a customer service team (says it all really that that’s the department they’ve gotten rid of!) 🤦♀️ complete shambles.
