Can't give less than 1 star. Despite being a recommendation to me, I called to book wheel alignment, was told booking not necessary and could come Friday afternoon or Saturday. Drove round trip of 30+ miles Friday, arrived 2 hours before closing and was told cannot fit me in today. Can't recommend at all due to such low level of customer service. Tyres I wanted not available so sorted them elsewhere, fair enough.

I was midway through my road trip from Worcester to Norfolk and my check engine light came on. I tried my luck with mechanics along the way and these guys were kind enough to offer me 15 minutes to see what was causing the blinking light. They managed to clear the errors and sent me on my way. I would have been stressing all weekend with that light on and I am so thankful for their kindness :)

Brought my car in for a service and mot absolutely appauled by the state they left my car in ,scratched the door right throu to the prime colour and lied about it by saying my car door handle was off there was nothing wrong with my door handle when i left my car with them interesting what the camera says. camera cacamera
