These guys always go above and beyond for all customers. They recently helped me when my uv filter packed in recommended me a really good replacement at a price that cannot be argued along with a 3 year garentee you cannot go wrong. This is not the first time I have also purchased pumps as well that was 2 years ago and everything still working purfect. I cannot find products cheaper than the price they sell for outstanding service 100% of the time. Thank you

A large selection of tropical fish is to be had here as well as some coldwater species. Bit off the beaten track and not many people seem to have visited. Some really nice fish, but had just moved the fish when I visited, so all a bit crazy as such. Would recommend visiting.

Ordered a leopard gecko online from Kettering koi and ponds. Its been a week since I ordered and still nothing. Not answering the phone either so I may end up with a dead gecko! I'm never ever ordering from here again especially after reading the reviews which I wish I done before ordering!
